NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS

• In the consultation your health history will be taken, your symptoms and desired health outcomes discussed in detail.​  A detailed treatment plan – including menu planning / recommendations and any necessary supplementation will be discussed with you.

• An initial consultation will take between 60 to 90 minutes and follow up appointments generally take 30 minutes.

​​

• The number of consultations you require will be discussed with you and is dependent on the issues at hand.

​​

• All consultations are undertaken with an attitude of respect and care, and without judgement, and all personal details are treated confidentially.  ​Current consultations can be done via zoom, if you are not comfortable meeting in person.​

• Initial Individual Consultation (60-90 mins) cost $120

 

• Initial Couple / Families Consultation (60-90 mins) cost $180

 

• Follow Up Consultation (20-30 mins) cost $60

​

• Acute Consultations (15 mins) cost $35

     (for consultations not requiring extensive case taking such as colds, hay fever)
