
Terms and Conditions
Payment: All payments to Wellness with Bec are to be made either in advance or on the day of your appointment. Personal Training package renewals are due at the last session of the current package. Payment can be made either with cash or direct deposit.
Rescheduling appointments: We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to find an alternative time, and your request is placed less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged for the appointment (except under special circumstances or in case of emergency).
Cancelling or missing an appointment: If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the scheduled session (except under special circumstances or in case of emergency).
Owner cancellation or missing an appointment: In the event of unexpected absence, we will contact you as soon as possible. If less then 12 hours notice has been given, we shall give a complimentary session.
Tardiness: Please arrive on time for your sessions. Sessions will finish at the allocated time, even if you arrive late. If your consultant is late you will be allocated your full session time.
Client holidays and absences: We request 7 days advance notice be given of any prolonged personal training absences.
Health concerns: You must inform your personal trainer of any relevant injury or illness, and will obtain a medical clearance from your medical specialist prior to beginning (or restarting) training if there are any medical concerns.
Liability: You accept that participating in our sessions has a risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major. You accept this risk and accept full responsibility for this. You will in no way hold Wellness with Bec or Rebecca Paterson liable for any injuries or illness sustained. You also agree that you have no undisclosed injury or illness that may affect your ability to undertake your sessions, and to the best of your knowledge you are ready and able to undertake personal training or a nutritional treatment plan.
Weather Conditions: Personal/Group training sessions are mostly held outdoors and weather can be unpredictable. If there is a risk to training outside e.g. thunderstorms and lightning, your trainer shall look for an appropriate alternative or your session will be rescheduled to another convenient time to both yourself and trainer.
Attire: Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for your personal training sessions. A towel and water bottle is recommended for every session. Sun protection is also recommended for our outdoor training sessions.
It is also a good idea to avoid eating a large meal at least two hours prior to exercising. After your session, drink plenty of water and ensure you eat some protein in your next meal.
Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions stated herein will automatically be carried over to your new sessions upon expiry of the current package without the need for a new agreement to be signed and dated.
